Tomorrow's the Big Day
On Wednesday, we are giving the boys' pacifiers to the "garbage guys." We've been talking about this for a couple of weeks in hopes of preparing them for it. Please pray for a smooth transition. They only get their pacis when they are sleeping, but considering that's 14 hours a day, they've become quite attached.

Let's take a stroll down memory lane:

Here's Jonathan (and Henry) around 6 weeks old already attached to the Soothie paci. I wasn't keen on the boys taking a paci. But as I quickly learned, preemies need to learn how to suck. So the pacis became a daily part of our lives.

Let me know how it works-maybe we should give Jillian's thumb to the garbage man?

I love that you call it a "paci" and not a "binky." For some reason, "binky" sounds so much cheesier to me. Good luck!! You can do it!! My advice: If you are open to it, one glass of Sutter Home Moscato wine in the evening for you and your husband after the boys finally go to sleep will work wonders. It might even get you another set of twins.
