(Mr.) Henry on a Stick

We had a care group cook-out at our house yesterday. Unfortunately, we were minus a member because he's been out of town for a couple of months recovering from knee problems. We've missed him and wanted him to be a part of the festivities.

Milestone Day

Yesterday was a big milestone day for Benjamin. First thing in the morning, I found his 4th tooth. He cut the 3rd one last Sunday. So hopefully we can get a little sleep around here. Then he decided that he wanted to go from the crawling position to the sitting position. And the big one was this:

He's pulling up!

This picture is just for you, Heidi. Maybe I'll even get a comment out of you.

Jumbo
We got the boys new coloring books today, and one of them is labeled "Jumbo Coloring Book." Henry was trying to sound out the word "jumbo." After I helped him a little, Jonathan asked what "jumbo" meant. I told him that it meant really big. The next words out of his mouth were priceless: "God is Jumbo!"

7 months old
I can't believe 7 months have gone by so quickly. Benjamin is such a sweet boy - still a bit high maintenance. He officially started crawling about two weeks ago. So, no more Army crawling for him. He loves to go all over the house and find all the little things that he's not supposed to have (with crayons and paper being his favorite). He's cutting his top teeth. One should be in any day now, but I've been saying that for two weeks. He broke his beloved mobile by pulling on it. We had already dropped his crib down so that he couldn't reach it. But lo and behold, he found a way.

My three sons - all clean!
