Chocolate Fudge
In a medium sauce pan combine the following:
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt

Bring to a full boil - stirring constantly over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add a 12 oz package of chocolate chips. Stir well. Melt until smooth. Add on 1 tsp. vanilla to mixture.

Pour mixture into dish. Cut when cooled and has hardened.

You mean I can't cut it before it hardens? What if I can't wait that long? Is it good manners if I drink my fudge?

You can drink it all you want....but there might be a burning sensation as it goes down
