Back to the Zoo
We headed back to the zoo today since the weather was very nice (mid 70s) and it was "free" since we have Zoo Passes. Other than seeing lots of animals, we saw two sets of two year old triplets (with rumor of another set at the zoo) and no less than 7 sets of twins. One of the moms with triplets also had 5 year old twins. It was like a multiples convention! People kept asking if we were all together.

Marshall and Jonathan enjoyed watching Eddie the Silverback Gorilla. Eventually, Eddie got a little too close for Jonathan. Soon after this picture was taken, he was clinging to my legs.

Here we are at Chimp Ridge. The man on the right is a maintanence worker at the zoo, but he was showing a new employee around. The chimp recognized the man and was running around pushing a plastic grocery cart and stopping where the man was every time. It was very funny to watch. The man warned me that the chimp might get excited and start beating on the window. This picture is the moment just before the chimp started beating on the window! Jonathan was already arching his back in anticipation. Henry and Jonathan went crazy! I'm afraid that my boys won't want to go to the zoo anymore after being so afraid of the chimp.

Here's KC the Beaver. At first the boys were terrified of KC because of the above incident with the chimp.

Couldn't pass up a picture of this sign!

Did you know there actually is an organized gathering of multiples? It's held in Twinsburg, OH, usually every August. Here's the official website:

I say all the Sov.Grace bloggers w/ multiples make the trek some year together!
